For more than a decade, I have partnered with clients to develop standout resumes and job application documents across diverse industries and career stages. My experience includes senior writing and editing roles with Melbourne Resumes and Public Service Resumes, where I have specialised in writing for senior executive clients. Additionally, I have developed content for the Resume Blueprints website, including information articles, how-to guides, and templates. Before writing resumes, I held roles in human resource management and recruitment at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Museum Victoria and KPMG. I hold a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) and have completed a Graduate Certificate in Career Development. This certificate is a nationally recognised professional standard for career professionals. Over the years, I have undertaken additional studies in writing and editing. Most recently, I completed my Graduate Diploma in Communication.

WRITING PROCESS

  1. Quote: The first step is to contact me to discuss your requirements. I will provide an individual quote, and we will agree on a turnaround time.
  2. Make Payment: Payment is required before I commence your project. You can make your payment via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer.
  3. Email Supporting Information: Once your payment is made, please email your current resume and any requested additional information.
  4. Questionnaire or Phone Call: You can choose to complete a questionnaire or have a phone call to provide the additional information required for your documents. This flexibility ensures we cover all necessary details.
  5. Writing Process: I will begin writing your documents once I receive your completed questionnaire and/or after our phone call. Your information will be transformed into precise and persuasive content.  A deadline will be negotiated before payment for your completed document.
  6. Revision Period: You have a two-week revision period to request any changes. The total turnaround time will also depend on how quickly you complete the questionnaire or your availability for a phone call. Please allow at least two weeks to work through the entire process.
